Dishonesty I bought a car from this dealer which came with faulty gear and they refused to fix it. Their autotrader reviews are not reliable as they deleted my experience with them several times. Hopefully, no one else is going to be cheated by them.
Complete nightmare We bought a car from this dealer with 6 months warranty and after 4 months the car stopped working and the gear box needs to be changed costing 3000£ The dealer refused to take the responsibility however the car still in the first 6months. and the warranty declined the claim for repair stating that part is not covered . They also told us that the car has a spare key and they will send it by mail, but they didnt and when called them back they said that they donot have it.
