I have had great experiences with A&R Financial. Terri has helped me with two mortgages, one right after 2008 when it was very difficult to get a mortgage. In my experience she was very knowledgeable, and communicated with me through every step of the process. I have recommended A&R Financial to many of my friends who also had a great experience with this company.
Unfortunately I experienced below average communication and lending practices with this company. They refused to consider my current income and denied my VA benefits that I receive as a disabled veteran. I suggest you work with a different lender.
