Terrible with a capital T!!! This company is atrocious, and has the most incompetent and inept employees. In addition, they do not follow up on their contract and care nothing about anyone but themselves. Karma will come back to bite them and they know it. From Katlyn to Cierra to Brandon K. Gross. As a tutor, it is important that I work for a company who really tries to do what is best for their students. I have been a tutor for over 10 years, and I really feel like I have found a company who knows how to best work with their students - and the parents as well. This company really tries to understand the specific needs of their students, while at the same time, they try to set goals with the parents that are realistic. This company is phenomenal. I have a high functioning autistic child whose school was struggling with providing an effective curriculum. A quantum Leap did a free evaluation and assessment of my child's abilities and meet with the school and came out with a program just for us. They also help us get our school on the same page so we are even more effective. We looked at other companies and none do the free assessment and none offered any where near as much help.
