Very unprofessional she has lost all my information I sent to her online , she wouldn’t communicate and couldn’t get her to text or call for over a month. She’s very disrespectful and disorganized, don’t not go here she cuts corners and does not do it the right way. She said my taxes would be done over a month ago, and then she lost my stuff I sent her multiple times. Been doing my taxes for years!!! Would highly recommend!
Terrible experience! Didn’t get our taxes done by the deadline, lied and said she filed an extension when she had not! Cost us more money in penalties and then she had the gall to charge us! Do NOT recommend!
