Unprofessional and Dishonest A friend hired this business for collections. The job was never done, and now he’s refusing to refund her unless she removes her honest review. Avoid.
Idk I just think if someone hires and pays you to do a job, you should do it. And when they leave you a review warning others about their experience, I don’t think threatening to withhold their refund until they take down the review is right.
