To be honest, I thought I would always be a renter. I had assumed that getting a mortgage was going to be a difficult, uncomfortable process, and I couldn't have been more incorrect. Nicole was amazing to work with, and made the process easier and more pleasant than I could possibly have imagined. She was incredibly helpful, super responsive, and such a nice person! She's definitely who I'll be calling when it's time for another mortgage. Highly recommend!
