Horrible customer service to start with Horrible to get a call back nobody answers the phone. You leave a voicemail. They do not return the call. Horrible at replying to emails If you wanna get Your taxes done you have to go to their office and it’s a horrible experience This is to the office in East LA. You need to do better if you want your radius to go up because I would not recommend anybody or have anybody trust you to do their taxes. You gotta do better

Horrible customer service. Can't even print your forms out while you're there. They say they'll email em to you more than once. Never do. I paid more than 400 for this?? Never again. F plus financial services.
Very good at doing taxes. Found me more money when I thought I was going to pay. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.
