Mary Ann got mad at me in a meeting to try to complete billing. she finally blurted "lets just terminate our agreement". i said "that is fine". Our contract said that a termination has to have a 2 month written termination time. she never sent the termination letter so about a month later i noted that on the date she requested a termination no letter was sent so i was forwarding a conformation of her request to terminate. she made it my responsibility and said that termination began as of the date of my letter. i asked her t... read more
