A+ Physio was great for me ACC. They followed up with them and fought for me as well. Sent my wife flowers when things got tough for us. really lovely people. I can't say enough about them. That was a couple of years ago though, but they were always surprising me with things they fought for and followed up ACC and podiatrist with. I was always in the loop and ask questions how they can help me or what need I need and me giving advice. Turned round in your driveway at 6pm and the leasehold started losing his mind at me yelling n screaming, obviously insane anger issues which I'm sure as tenants you've encountered. Want this removed take it up with the owner and his insane inability to control his wee emotions.
Was referred to active plus for my concussion, worst experience ever my occupational therapist was rude when asked if I could have a support person was told you are old enough why would your mum need to come, spoke to my workplace more than myself. Did not advocate for my health and rehabilitation. When escalated to management they dismissed it. Would not recommend
After months of knee rehab that didn’t feel right, A+ spotted what was missing, fixed my walking pattern, and my terrible hip pain is gone. Plus a great, not-boring workout plan and heaps of useful tips 🙌 So grateful — thank you Jacob & Anna !
