Highly recommend Shady from A Plus Physio! Very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. He takes the time to understand your concerns, explains everything clearly, and provides effective treatment and practical advice. You can really tell he is passionate about helping his patients recover and improve their overall well-being. Great experience and excellent service. Thank you, Shady!
After having locked up shoulder and back for over a year and not being able to go to the gym without overloading. I went and saw Kenny and after one session I had my first workout with no shoulder tension. He didn’t just release the tension he showed me what the root cause was and which muscles were involved and how we can start to train them to work correctly. Would highly recommended.
I’ve seen Kenny and Gabby for different injuries. Both are amazing - very knowledgeable and super friendly. Would highly recommend
Had a very good experience with you guys today!
