After my wedding, I could not get a hold of Sergio for 3 months, so I finally posted a bad review. He called me that day and told me to take down my review, or I "wouldn't get my stuff", which is blackmail. So I played nice and changed the review. He then emailed me a copy of my photos AFTER that conversation. It also took an additional 3 months to get my photo album.
