I went in just to do a Ionic full body detox, not expecting anything. The results of the detox relieved me of some pain I felt in my shoulder for the last 2 years. I was not able to fully extend my arms until I did this service. I felt amazing after. Great wholistic health & wellness centre. I have tried the cupping, ionic footbath & a 30 minute full body detox sauna and throughly enjoyed each experience. Wonderful famy run business, friendly, knowledgeable and always welcoming. Will definitely go back for more teatments and to do a full health assessment.
