I was pleasantly surprised when I went into the Penn St location of Pawn Plus. I hadn’t been here in about 10 years. I was lucky to have a friend ask me to take her here the other day. There are several nice tools that were mostly all reasonably priced. The price on the white sticker is then marked down if there’s a discount tag on it.
