If I could give 0 I would- this so called “care home” are filled with scammers and criminals. I hired Ohana for in home care for my mother and they stole my deposit. They put a lousy caregiver in my mother’s home the caregiver was never there. Showed up late left home early charged me 10K and deposit. I called and someone named Rose answered the phone acting like she was the billing person. Come to find out she was the sister to Elizabeth! They both ran off with my mother’s money! Ive had the best experience with caregivers from ohana care. Thank you for taking great care of my father and loving us. We had multiple agencies over the years and ohana care brought the best team for my father and helped us enjoy the last months with him. Thank you and God bless.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Elizabeth Naula promised to return money not used by my father in the event of his death. She never returned the money and does not return phone calls, texts or letters. DO NOT USE A'OHANA CARE. They take advantage of people during a stressful and difficult time. If I could go back in time, I would never have helped my father contact and use A'Ohana Care.
