If I could give 0 stars, I would. Elizabeth Naula promised to return money not used by my father in the event of his death. She never returned the money and does not return phone calls, texts or letters. DO NOT USE A'OHANA CARE. They take advantage of people during a stressful and difficult time. If I could go back in time, I would never have helped my father contact and use A'Ohana Care.
Beautiful place and friendly family
Dishonest, lack of character and integrity but worse is 100% abandonment of caregivers after dinner until 7am. NO STAFF! It was continuous and common. Family owned resides upstairs. So disheartening that people can leave elders who are in dire need of assistance. Wet diapers, people wandering at night, people falling and unable to get up until am.
