I'm sorry Mr. Roxbury that you feel you were treated rudely with the customer service when you were in our notary office in October. However, after speaking with the employee who handled the transfer and getting all the details I understand that you called before seven and told the agent that you couldn't be there till almost closing, and ask them if they would stay over a FEW minutes. Their customer service really sucks. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced at a business. I needed a title transferred and plates for a truck I was getting rid of. The woman today gave us a real hard time about doing this for us. She stated that she had to be at an appointment elsewhere at 7:30pm and we had arrived at 6:50pm 10 minutes before they closed . The woman behind the desk was very rude, unprofessional, the total bill came to $178.00 I would like to know how she justified charging us so much!!... read more
THE STAFF AT A-NOTARY ARE EXTREMLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. MY NOTARY WORK IS OFTEN UNUSUAL BY ITS NATURE, YET THEY EITHER KNOW THE ANSWER OR EAGERLY PERSUE IT, ALWAYS FINDING A SOLUTION. I HAVE RECOMENDED THEM MANY TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.
