My experience at first was positive however the choice by Tony Troode to use of mdf which is not strong enough in a lounge returning that lounge,in short, my complaint was left unanswered. I would not recommend Tony Troode - he is a grump. He spoke inconsistently and he disowned fault. Also with his experience the wood he replaced should of suggested the type of wood to use - not mdf. I should sue after i have corrected the fault, taking video to confirm my concerns.
Hard to get hold of
It is great to meet a professional. Tony delivered a great job with our 20 year old leather couch. As new! We will for sure use Tony again.
I got a quote from Tony, very reasonable, had a bit of a wait for fabric because of Covid but he said 3 weeks, 3 weeks it was. The cushions for our cane chairs were done within 9 days. Look great, reasonable price. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
