My daughter had a mental block from tumbling, specifically, her back hand spring for about 5 months. She had been doing her round-off back hand spring for over two years and was working on her tuck when she suddenly lost all of her skills. I have been to A New Leaf Center twice to see Cathleen. The first time was for Reiki. It left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. A totally amazing experience. I felt entirely realigned and grounded. The second time I went was for a hypnosis session to work on my anxiety. Cathleen was able to clear out a lot of emotional debris and create an anchor to help me remain calm in high-stress situations. I highly recommend A New Leaf Center!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I went to Cathleen at New Leaf for pain management. I felt a sense of peace just walking through the door. Cathleen's voice was so soothing and the hypnosis session was extremely helpful. I felt no sense of time passing, only deep relaxation that I wished would never end. She gave me tools to continue self hypnosis at home which really help! As long as you remember to do them that is. I have been attending Sacred Space for years and gotten the mini Reiki treatments from Kris and Cathleen, Barb which have helped my back, legs and feet pain, especially in the cold weather! I have had back fusion surgery and it helps with nerve, joint & muscle pain!!! ----Recently I have had longer Reiki sessions from Cathleen for back pain and lack of sleep issues, which have let me get a good night sleep!!!
