I have been going to A New Day Spa for several years, to get Botox and fillers. I can’t recommend Jennifer enough! She is the utmost professional and knows exactly what to do without overdoing it. If you have a few things you’d like to tweak about your look, Jennifer will work with you and give you an honest assessment of how to improve or enhance your look without making you look like you had anything done. I’m 100% satisfied. 😊

Sherry Johnson, the owner of a New Day Spa, has a criminal record. I don't make it my business to expose others, but I'm warning everyone that Sherry is unethical, dishonest, and her injectors do a lot of damage. If you suffer injuries or disfiguration as a result of your treatment at a New Day Spa, you will not get a refund, an apology, a correction or any type of compensation. This "Spa" was an awful and creepy experience from start to finish. I made the mistake of buying a groupon for a massage here to try to save a few bucks. 1. Decrepit building outside; the inside was just as bad with kooky knick knacks and very odd decor. Random sheets stapled to walls to hide flaws in the building. 2. I appreciate the discounted services but it’s not worth it. The energy was chaotic and cluttered and the physical reflected it. Front desk was hard to get ahold of to set up an appointment and assured me I would get a phone call back that day. Two days passed and I heard nothing. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but that was the last straw. They have the worst customer service. They seem shady and aren’t worth doing business with. The lady that answers the phone and sits at the front desk is rude and doesn’t know how to earn business or respect. They offer cheap prices because they can’t get business any other way. Then as you’re walking out the door, they try to demand a tip out of you by suggesting an amount that is too high. I’m a generous tipper but I believe in tipping based on service and not because someone tells me an amount.
