Reflexology is one of the lesser-known gems of natural healing and Shirley is a very skilled, compassionate and professional Reflexologist. Her presence offers a calming effect and her touch is truly healing. Shirley's downtown practice room is so lovely and soothing too. Five stars from me, I love my Reflexology sessions with Shirley!
Shirley started working on my feet in August. She is AMAZING!! When I started going to her, my A1C for diabetes was 10.1 and now my A1C is down to 7.6! I also have fibrosis of the liver, and my numbers half been cut in almost half!! I had a diverticulitis flare up and as she was working on me my symptoms disappeared and haven't returned. She has also helped my sinuses, shoulder and hip pain, and improved my feelings of well being.
