I like that the hypnotherapy was virtual. It's true that travel sometimes negates plans, even vital ones. I like that the hypnotherapy faces and "attacks" the issue head on. With talk therapy, whatever the type - we seem to talk around the problem. You might find a solution but it may take a long time. I am less skeptical about hypnotherapy. I've seen the results - though subtle. (

Terri is amazing! She is able to access my subconscious to help with chronic pain and sleep, as well as other areas that we explored. It has been so helpful and such a great experience- highly recommend!
