I did 2 in-person hypnosis sessions with Terry to deal with my lifelong fear of heights. Prior to the sessions I took medication in order to fly in an airplane and could not make myself walk across a bridge. Since those sessions, I have been able to fly without anxiety, walk across the Capillano suspension bridge and get on the ski lifts without a second thought. I would highly recommend Terri’s hypnosis sessions to help you conquer fears.

I like that the hypnotherapy was virtual. It's true that travel sometimes negates plans, even vital ones. I like that the hypnotherapy faces and "attacks" the issue head on. With talk therapy, whatever the type - we seem to talk around the problem. You might find a solution but it may take a long time. I am less skeptical about hypnotherapy. I've seen the results - though subtle. (
