During my business acquisition search process I have been engaging with numerous brokers and m&a specialists ... Neumann & Associates is by far and away the most professional interaction I've had thus far ... no one even comes close ... highly recommend connecting with them if you are either looking to aquire or looking to sell a small/medium sized business.
This brokerage provided a terrible experience. As a buyer, I dealt with a German representative named Karin, who requested unredacted personal bank statements via email. After sending them, they completely disappeared—no responses to calls or emails—and I never received the sales memorandum. Their operations are highly unprofessional compared to other brokerages. Avoid Karin and think twice before sharing any personal financial information. Their handling of sensitive data is questionable, and their behavior is unacceptable.
I acquired a business represented by Gary Herviou and the ANA team. Having engaged with dozens of sell-side brokers, I was very impressed by Gary's level of organization and the preparation work he took on with the Seller. It made the transaction process very smooth and we were able to close 2 weeks earlier than the date in the LOI which almost never happens! I look forward to another transaction with Gary and the ANA team.
