After a 3 month search she Provided an awful nanny and 2 months in I was contacting the agency for a new person and she became unresponsive and rude. Save your $1500 agency and placement fees. This “agency” is a scam
Horribly place. Spoke with a lady name Jennifer Warren who was very rude, disrespectful, an yelled the entire conversation. I don't recommend using this service at all.
