Fayetteville's Greatest Movers! I give an A+ to A+ Moving & Storage! The movers were quick, courteous, and were helpful in everyway possible. The one in charge explained their policies and answered all the questions we had! I've done many move with the military and A+ will be used and recommended again and again!
Amazing Experience I would recommend A+ to anybody moving. I have nothing but positive things to say about these professionals. They went above and beyond to help me get all of the stuff moved in a timely manner. They showed up, packed my house, and delivered in one day. They handled my furniture with care with no damages what so ever. The crew that came out knew exactly what they were doing and easily answered my questions. I would let them move me again, and I have already referred them to my coworker.
A+ for A+ I could not ask for a better, more professional group of gentlemen. I am still amazed at how quick and efficient they were. The owner came out to give a free estimate and sold me on their services. What he promised is what happened. They showed up on time, with all the proper equipment and had me and my family in our new house by the afternoon! If I ever move again (which I am hoping I will not have to) I would use them! AMAZING JOB PERFORMANCE
HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! we thought at first it was going well until they left..we had black stuff all over my white couches(which i pointed out to the movers before they left)they didn't care at all.they admitted it had to come from the truck..all the beds were put together wrong. my son's bed even broke due to no support because the movers didn't bother to screw in the screws. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
LESS THAN HONEST PRACTICES REGARDING INSURANCE CLAIMS The company will do everything to wiggle out of an insurance claim. Do not even bother getting one. All of my furniture got banged up and only 1/3 of the damage paid for it. Furthermore I paid the company to pack my stained glass items and they refused to honor the damage, because the crew was too lazy to take off the Styrofoam that the pieces were in to repack themselves.
