Let me just start by saying how great Karen is! I was referred to her by my original real-estate agent to refinance my home after my divorce. Karen was great at navigating through the needs of my circumstance and being patient with me. Karen not only helped me through the process but she surmounted my expectations ultimately shocked me in the end. I thought the process would be dreadful, IT WAS NOT! The exact opposite, and I owe that to Karen.
