Kathy no showed twice and had to get another notary. Had told me appointment was at 12p on a Friday then said it was set at 1p when I had to call at 12:15p and still did not show up. Made another appointment on the following Monday and cancelled. Oh found another notary who was very responsive and showed up exactly on time.

Kathy is the best! Don't call anyone else for your notary needs! Within an hour of calling she arrived and was helping me get my trust documents properly notarized. She was thorough, professional, and very caring. Thank you Kathy!
