I have an appointment at 1 o’clock today. I arrived on time. I tried to get in the front door. It was locked. I banged on the front door. No one answered. I called left a message saying I was waiting outside. I waited another 10 minutes. I called again left a message. Have heard nothing from them bad manners my friend. I drove one hour to get to you. You wasted my time. I have two confirmations that you knew I was coming, which I’ve attached on this review.
They show complete disrespect to customers. They convinced you that you look 10 years older. And without your permission they do 3D scanning to convince you to perform unnecessary procedures. And then they include this scan in your bill. They also don't answer phone calls, just tell you to leave a message to call you back and they never call. Finally when you get appointment and you arrive, you see a closed door, wait half an hour trying to call and without any kind of help return home.
This is the best place that I ever visited, very clean and very professional they really know what they are doing, highly recommend !
