The owner is arrogant and condescending, If you’re not a native speaker don’t expect her to show kindness or patience while trying to find what you’re looking for, she makes you feel like you’re not worth her time, the poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered in USA.
The staff has been super helpful. Huge selection of a wide range of costumes. And costume rentals are rent to purchase, so if you discover you love a costume, or have frequent use for it, you aren't losing money my renting it ... You are building equity.
This is the place to go for whatever character you want to dress as. The possibilities are endless! Fun adventure shopping even if you have no plans or need for a costume!
