Best shopping experience in years. Sarah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Rarely do I receive the kind of honest service that makes me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Sarah went above and beyond to help me with shoes and I couldn’t be happier. Shipping was fast and my boots were well packaged. I highly recommend Amaree’s and Sarah.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I rang the doorbell and had to wait far too long before someone came to let me in. Once inside, a blonde staff member made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was carrying an Alo tote bag, and she immediately told me I needed to leave my bag at the front due to “store policy.” When I asked for clarification, she simply repeated that it was policy — but there was no designated shelf or secure area, just the front register.
