The most fabulous goods in such a stunning environment! A Must Shopping experience ! Great owners and staff as well !
Based on some of the reviews, I really wasn’t too sure what to expect. I showed up in flip-flops, shorts, and a t-shirt and never felt more welcomed. The staff was as friendly as can be. They gave me plenty of space to look around but were always there for me if I needed anything. They even walked me out and met my dog! Definitely a more limited inventory for guys, but what they do carry for men are things you’ll have a hard time finding anywhere else. Untrustworthy. Rude. I called early yesterday to ask for info on an item. The woman who answered said she needed time to find the box and would give me a call back. Gave her my number, I did not get her name. A couple hours passed and didn't hear back. That's fine, I forget things too. 2 hours go by - I call back around 1:20pm. Same woman (unknown accent?) answers. Really beautiful clothes, but unfortunately horrendous customer service. I called asking if they could help me with a shipping predicament, and the representative repeatedly interrupted me, rudely told me she couldn't help me before she even let me finish my question, and hung up on me before I finished speaking. Really unfortunate considering how much money I spent on the item for a wedding.
