This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I rang the doorbell and had to wait far too long before someone came to let me in. Once inside, a blonde staff member made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If I could do zero stars I would. Worst customer service. Zero communication. They had a hat I purchased for almost $1,500. No tracking number sent so I reached out. I recived an email stating “Good morning Meghan, We are currently out of this hat, we did just get a new shipment of hats in by the same designer, if you would like to take a look at those when you are in store.
