Really beautiful clothes, but unfortunately horrendous customer service. I called asking if they could help me with a shipping predicament, and the representative repeatedly interrupted me, rudely told me she couldn't help me before she even let me finish my question, and hung up on me before I finished speaking. Really unfortunate considering how much money I spent on the item for a wedding.

据说是洛杉矶最美的商店，一进去就被店里的陈列和装饰所惊喜到。不过值得一说的是，店里禁止拍照，会有店员友好提醒。除了常见的时尚品牌，店里还会有一些欧洲小众设计师品牌，大部分衣服或者包饰都是孤品～不过价格要比想象中贵一丢丢～

Best shopping experience in years. Sarah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Rarely do I receive the kind of honest service that makes me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Sarah went above and beyond to help me with shoes and I couldn’t be happier. Shipping was fast and my boots were well packaged. I highly recommend Amaree’s and Sarah.
