My husband always finds something else for his shed every time we go.
I thought I'd been sent back to the 1970s! It was difficult enough to place an online order, with their outdated website. But then I'm called to be told they've only 1 of the 2 items I wanted. OK, I'll take 1 and refund my PayPal for the other. Nothing happens. I pick up the 1 item, ask about my refund, to be told everything is done through the Rockhampton office! What! They can't even process a partial PayPal refund! Not dealing with these people again.
