Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment two months in advance, only for it to be canceled less than 24 hours before. When I called, I was told the next available appointment would not be for another 30 days. If this is how they conduct business, I can only imagine the quality of service they provide.
Emily Ortiz is the most caring and thorough nutritional dietician. Listened and carried out providing me with sound dietary changes accompanied with handouts. Flexible with scheduling of appointments and kept me accountable for progress. Very very satisfied with new avenues to eat healthy and renewed mental state. Thank You So Much!
