I'm convinced this man has no clue what he's doing. His office is in his basement which would be alright if he could hear when you enter his establishment. After seeing a sign right by the door to yell up the steps to alert him and yelling a total of 3 times I was fed up and knocked on the wall to alert him. He came down yelling and screaming about how I'm supposed to yell for him them proceeded to ask me what I was there for about 5 times without being able to hear me I just needed a signature and a stamp and that took him ... read more
