Me and my wife have used them for 15 to 20 years, they have always done a great job.
I have been going to Herb Miner for over 20 years. Just these last 2 years have been a struggle due to his wife (I guess) She screams and yells at me and I have brought this to Herbs attention and he said pay her no mind I'm sorry... but she still continues to verbally attack me. She says I can't talk to Herb Miner who I have for over 20 years done business with. Very sad but the staff says she runs off alot of his business she is like that to alot of people. Very sad.
I can’t recommend Ling and Herb highly enough! They are incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and efficient. They took the stress out of tax season by walking me through everything clearly and making sure I got the best return possible.
