I purchased a voucher for a men’s Back, Neck and Scalp massage, which cost £70 and was said to last 90 minutes. Both my dad and I rang numerous times, leaving several voicemails to book the appointment with no response. I finally received a phone call over a week after sending an email. I booked my dad in for his treatment, however it transpires that he only received a back massage lasting 30 minutes. Omgoodness!!! What a gem of a place. Found it by accident and booked a full day spa (£95) with lunch. Two of us. We had to book when there were two girls available, which was a Saturday. The place is immaculate. Towels were provided, as were dressing gowns. We took our own, but we didn't need them tbh. All the treatments were amazing!!
