I am disappointed in the online ordering and false advertisement. I ordered a bottle of perfume and a pair of pants online. The transaction, order, and payment went through online and a week later I was notified that I would be credited the full amount paid for the order without further explanation. I am beyond happy with my order from "A Little Bird Boutique". My order was a very small order, yet was still packaged with the little goodies (a cute little purple hair tie and a mint) and sweet Thank You Cards that I am sure are added to the larger orders. That shows such class and style. I also received regular updates from the company (not just from USPS) once my order was shipped. My delivery was on schedule and exactly what I ordered. Didn’t honor sale price on purchased item- instead cancelled my purchase because they “did not have stock”, yet the item is still for sale on their website. No response to my attempt to contact about the cancelled order.
Something wrong at a little bird boutique!!!!They do not acknowledge complaint of an item costing over $95.00 being returned in shipping. No solution was rendered. They fight you every step of the way. Terrible customer service!!!!!
They stole my return package. Dishonesty!
