Tried to give them business because I work with the owner’s family member. The owner’s daughter answered and told me after I asked if they carry tortoises. And she replied, “Sir, this is a reptile store. We don’t carry them. So ” Uhm, lady, a tortoise is in the reptile family. She came off rude about it. I was really surprised by her response.
Nasty
This place absolutely reeks of ammonia . I know animals pee and whatnot however I’ve NEVER been to a reptile/ animal store that reeked so bad of ammonia that I was gagging trying not to throw up. Makes me question how often they clean here.
Came in to do my homework on what pet to buy my son. Very helpful staff, will definitely be back.
