Exceeded my expectation! Took the stress out of the urgent need to place both my parents in a great facility in a shared room. A excellent resource for navigating senior living options. Brittany and Tina were there every step of the way to reach our parents skilled nursing needs.
My brother and I reached out to Britney regarding placing my mom in a memory care. We were very apprehensive about the process because we wanted good care for my mom. Britney listened to our concerns and was able to help get my mom placed within 2 days! We were under pressure from the hospital but after Britney took the controls we were able to go and visit the home and was pleasantly surprised. Mom was approved that day and was moved in with out issue the very next day. THANK YOU Britney and Lending Hands.
