I called to find out more about selling my home and was told I needed an appointment with her. I scheduled it, showed up, and after we spoke, she told me her fee for the consultation. I simply wanted info about the process. No one ever told me there was a fee to ask her questions. She waited until the end to charge me. I wish they had been up front about a fee and not try to surprise people.
