I originally left a 5-star review because I was hopeful about the service provided. However, after my recent experience, I felt it was important to update my feedback. We had a Zoom call scheduled for 2:30 PM and were left waiting for approximately 40 minutes without communication or an update. My husband adjusted his work schedule to attend the meeting and needed to be at work by 4:00 PM.
