We popped in today to pick up a double mattress for our spare bedroom, there was plenty of option to choose from. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He arranged same day delivery at an incredibly reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
Alfie is a lovely man and his carpets are a really good price, but he can appear a bit blunt at times, it is just his way so don't take it to personally and if you have bought something he will make space to park outside the shop to pick it up.
Don't show up in your vehicle to collect anything. The Store Manager/Owner won't let you near the front entrance to collect the goods because he's too precious about saving the space for his delivery vans, despite there not being any parking restrictions - ignore the false signs he has put in the shop window.
Rude owner, abusive and aggressive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
