Lynn at A & L Fab. took good care of me again. I built my first basement cedar sauna 20+ years with an Ilo 6KW heater. That sauna is still running strong. I built a new house recently and missed my old sauna so I just finished building a new one. Same design with another Ilo 6KW heater. If you want a legit, reasonably priced, reliable sauna heater made in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, buy from A & L Fabricating. They know saunas.
Been trying for almost a year to get a new element... Sometimes they respond sometimes they don't... But so far no element... Been told many different times we could get one .... Want to support a local business... But you can't support something that doesn't exist. Unfortunately have to go a different route to get a new stove....
Got our heater today. Lynn was great to work with. Responded to all of my questions and concerns. If I didn't get a hold of her on the phone, she always replied or emailed me back. It was supposed to take a month to get our heater. Some of the parts didn't make it in, and Lynn let me know it was going to be close to another month. No big deal. It can take 6 months right now to buy a sofa...so two months for our customer heater is fine with me. We didn't want a mass produced unit. I would definitely refer them to friends/fami... read more
