Brought in my 7 lb Steel CO2 Cylinder, Recertified, with CGA320 Valve. Was told they have never seen valve like it and they couldn't fill it. The valve has been used on homebrew tanks forever. It was invented in the 1940's. For them to not know standard fittings makes me think they don't know what their doing.
Retail customer with them. Multiple transactions from November 6, 2025 to November 25, 2025 not processed through my account until December 19, 2025. Not a charge or company account, just retail transactions. Caused some unfortunate circumstances for us due to the extreme delay in processing. The guys in there are great, the company as a whole is not. Watch your accounts here. Thankfully Norco is just down the road with same day debit processing.
I've been coming here for a while, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. In short: decent pricing and products, mediocre customer relations. Interaction with the front desk employees has often been lukewarm in my opinion, but after my most recent visit I was left feeling like I was barely even worth their time.
