She is so welcoming!
It is a small yarn shop, but there is a surprisingly large selection of yarns. What makes this a really great shop though is the owner. She has extensive knowledge of both crochet and knitting and offers great yarn suggestions when you tell her what projects you have in mind. I have shopped twice in person and twice online, both experiences were excellent. I look forward to returning to the store again in person once the pandemic is over.
I placed an order on their website several weeks ago. When it arrived 2 skeins of yarn were missing. I emailed twice, and left 4 phone messages. Absolutely no response. Mistakes happen. I understand that. And the yarn was on clearance, so it's not about the money. I love my LYS owners and try my best to support them. I'm surprised and disappointed by the poor customer service.
