Once again, I must revise my rating. This time due to the threat of being terminated from the program. Unfortunately, management and staff are more concerned with meeting the requirements of State law instead of the interest of the client who is forced to attend the program. Of course, this review is not about the State requirements. I was wrong! I posted a negative post about this company and I shouldn't have. I hadn't given it a chance. It turns out that the content is very good and important. The instructors are excellent and very cool. I actually am looking forward to learning more and interacting with the participants. 😊.
This company is all about extorting their clients of their money. They charge fees if you need to reschedule classes, miss classes and if the zoom instructor thinks your not paying attention they will remove you from the class with no warning. Being removed from a class equals a missed class and they steal $65 from you just to allow you to attend the next scheduled class. Their new female instructor is inexperienced and power hungry. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the state.
