I visited a handful of other shops and Jann was hands down the most welcoming. Also her art is incredible. I bought a few of her quilted prints.

I am not an artist but this place is amazing. First, Jann has so many styles of watercolor, it is fascinating. I couldn’t help but fall in love with several pieces. But the best part is talking to the artist, Jann Pietso. She is a fount of creative knowledge that she was happy to share with my young budding artist. And she is a local who has great stories about living in the smokies. Highly recommend! Also, one of the few art shops that you can visit, and if you have children, you don’t have to worry about breaking anything ... read more
