Had an online order with a few hiccups called Aj mugs and Jenn was super helpful and accommodating. Everything was resolved in the same day. I have ordered from here before and will continue to order from here great products, and better people!
Replaced a mug I broke, which had been made by a competitor with large minimum order. Order quantity of 1 was no problem. Smaller nontraditional command / new artwork was no problem. Lots of backlog talk but this was 4 weeks from initial email to doorstep delivery. Excellent quality. Very reasonable pricing. Thank you!
Overpriced mugs with poor, low effort designs for the cost of a premium product. If you're looking for mugs for your wardroom, chief's mess, unit, squadron, etc. Look somewhere else. Outrageous pricing for what is essentially screen printing. Bad replacement for MilArtChina and now I'm stuck sporting something that looks like a chinese knockoff screengrab ad on facebook. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT IF YOU DONT RECEIVE THE FINAL LOOK AND SHIPPING DATE. On October 2024 I requested a quote for Christmas gifts. Upon receiving the quote I was asked to make FULL payment. I did it right away but never received the final artwork for approval, so early December I reached out to follow the status of my order and I was told that my order was moving through production but shipping was around 14 weeks.
