I did it right away but never received the final artwork for approval, so early December I reached out to follow the status of my order and I was told that my order was moving through production but shipping was around 14 weeks. I enthusiastically endorse A & J Mug Shop. We lost a little family treasure when my daughter's personalized coffee mug from the USS Nimitz was smashed. I was able to send photos of what was left and A &J recognized it and said they could indeed supply a new one. But they did one better: they went into their records and pulled the original order from the Nimitz, finding my daughter's order among the others and sent an exact replacement. Their work is superb as is their customer service and very fair pricing.
Rated as three stars due to their current backlog of orders. They are taking on more orders than they can handle. I ordered mid-November, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas; however, they expect to ship in late January. I am sure they do quality work. However, their lead times from ordering to fulfillment lack transparency and efficiency.

From start to finish, their team was friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to assist me with my order, ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly and professionally.
