Mike is AWESOME! I quit vaping and using nicotine pouches, and I have also been more confident when I teach! I still need to work on that, though, but it's going well! I have also been truthful in my relationship and calmer when I speak.

I had several great visits with Michael to help me with a pretty strong fear of heights. He's thoughtful and thorough and I can't recommend him and his work strongly enough. Thanks to his help, I was not only able to climb the staircase to the top of the Arc de Triomphe, but look off the sides and take the photo below of a sunset in Paris.

I was a 33 year smoker and 3 packs a day for at least 15 + years of that. Im a truck driver and i thought sitting in a rig driving all day that i would lose my mind if i didnt have that cigarette. After my first session i still had a small craving. I went to all 4 of my sessions for reinforcements and. My last smoke was 12/17/2019. Ill be 3 years smoke free this December. I dont even get that craving anymore knowing that my health is better off.
