I showed up for my appointment time on the right date and time with a confirmation email. Then the massage place didn’t even have me in the system. Then instead of apologizing, the front end lady tried to get me to go to her sisters house which was across town. A bit sketchy. I drove from out of town to come in to be pawned off. Then she went into the back and refused to help me by either rebooking or just simply apologize for the inconvenience. Don’t waste your time with this place!

I had such a wonderful experience with Lucy Cai and highly recommend her. She is clearly highly skilled and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. I came in with a lot of tightness, especially around my lower back and shoulder blades, and she knew exactly how to target the areas that needed attention. I had the best massage with Anna! She asked me my concerns and addressed them spot on! She is great at what she does and I highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be seeing her again!
