I called for my Father who had a bad fall. The lady who took my information over the phone was so kind and supportive. I was very emotional and stressed out but she made the process easy for me. We never had any complaints with the caregivers. They were empathetic and very caring. Five stars is not enough to give this company.
I highly recommend A Hand To Hold. I had such a successful and positive experience post surgery with the help of Sandra and the entire team from A Hand To Hold. I am forever grateful for their kindness and caring during that time. Very professional and reliable from beginning to end.
