Just been in to order some kitchen units, I was told the kitchen guy had gone for a brew, I was left waiting around for at least 40 minutes until I thought they're taking the **** now, I hadn't been forgotten as a number of other staff asked if I was being served, I've given 2 stars for previous good experience. Edit: Credit to the company, I've received an apology the same day, review amended.
Super friendly excellent range of stock, stair parts, tools, fixings, doors, just way too much to mention. prices are the best around, and that includes it online. If you also want stock that's been handled by people who care and know what they're talking about. Go here everytime, and support a local business.
