Ordered multiple items from this company. One did not arrive, instead I got someone else’s. Provided picture of wrong ornament. They requested pictures of the ornaments I ordered. I could not do that as most of them had already been distributed. They replied there is nothing they can do without pictures of the ornaments. I was only asking for $20.99 for one ornament and I had purchased over $500. First company I have had negative customer service.
This has been the worst experience right here before Christmas. I ordered items back at the beginning of Nov and each time I have asked where my items are I get an email back saying they will contact me 24hrs. Never got a response. Now I have to try to get my money back. I was very excited because I thought it was cute ideas for Xmas but I have to run out to find something right here before xmas... 8/11/21 ordered wedding gift/sign. Website, order page and confirmation email said "Orders are built, customized, and shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping transit time for standard USPS shipping is an additional 2-8 business days depending on your location." 9/2/21 asked about status and was told the type of sign I ordered takes an extra 10-14 days and that I would recieve upgraded shipping for the inconvenience. 9/20/21 (three days after the wedding that I needed the sign for) asked about status. 9/22/21 recieved ema... read more

I would NEVER recommend this company. This is the first and the LAST time I'm ordering. I'm a Realtor who was looking for a company that I could order personalized cutting boards from. Well Its not this company for sure. I ordered a cutting board for a client over 3 weeks ago and I STILL DONT HAVE IT. Called customer service and they said that it would take 48 hours to find out what happened to my order. Did I hear from them in 48 hours NO!!!!
