Ordered multiple items from this company. One did not arrive, instead I got someone else’s. Provided picture of wrong ornament. They requested pictures of the ornaments I ordered. I could not do that as most of them had already been distributed. They replied there is nothing they can do without pictures of the ornaments. I was only asking for $20.99 for one ornament and I had purchased over $500. First company I have had negative customer service.
This has been the worst experience right here before Christmas. I ordered items back at the beginning of Nov and each time I have asked where my items are I get an email back saying they will contact me 24hrs. Never got a response. Now I have to try to get my money back. I was very excited because I thought it was cute ideas for Xmas but I have to run out to find something right here before xmas... 8/11/21 ordered wedding gift/sign. Website, order page and confirmation email said "Orders are built, customized, and shipped within 5-7 business days.
