Great service
First time Al was wonderful!!!!!! 2021!? Different story. I paid for my taxes IN FULL! No tax return was sent. I contacted him via email and phone. He finally texted back and said he was out of town (no service) and would call me at 11:00 am. That turned to 2 pm. That turned into 3 days. When I went to look back at the messages between he and I, he had had pulled all communication back. I contacted my bank and pulled the money back. One phone call that's all. SMH
